The room was smelly, probably from old, ugly carpeting. Limited breakfast and terrible coffee. The room had a desk but no chair. Bedspreads were wrinkled.

the front desk manager was rude from the moment we walked in! definitely learns to learn some customer service skills! We left and never stayed! I wouldn’t spend a penny or a night supporting her in business

For the price of $400+, you would expect a lot better place with a lot better service and cleaner! Bathroom had mold in the shower! No housekeeping, had to get clean towels!
The desk attendant had no knowledge or information available on the largest week long attraction in town (rodeo)! Could go on more, but this sums up some problems!

Overall, our stay was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room we were in needed some updating as far as the broken down spring beds and window coverings that still let light through when closed. The room had an odd odor, but once we turned the ac on it wasn’t as noticeable. We didn’t partake in the continental breakfast, but it smelled delightful downstairs! I would stay here again, but hopefully prepare ahead of time so we aren’t paying the inflated prices that come along with a mediocre hotel room during the Pendleton Round-Up.

The room itself had little black pugs that came out when something wet was left on the tub to dry. We had no power for the first 4 hours of being there.The pool turned my white watch a light shade of blue. There is not much for a continental breakfast. All around not one of the best places to stay.

We rented a room with a hot tub in it and that was nice but it did take a while for the water to get hot

We recently had an extended stay at The Wyndham in Pendleton. I can honestly say, the owners and staff are amazing people. They made our stay here so much better. Not only were they very accommodating to my families needs, the treated us like family. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

It was nice and clean. The breakfast was good, had waffles and cold cereal, fruit,toast . The bed was hard for my preference. It was clean and quiet.
