Staff we met were great. Breakfast food was fine but seating area was very cold so food cooled quickly on the plate. Building and furnishings are getting old and run-down but still serviceable.

Hotel was extremely outdated. Our room was disgusting and not clean. They have a sign saying we don’t clean rooms everyday so if you want your room cleaned you have to ask. I guess this is due to staffing. Breakfast had expired food. Had to daily ask for towels and toilet paper due to them not having anybody available to clean.
Room was from the 2000s. Bathroom was gross looked it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. We stayed there for thanksgiving and will not go back.

The breakfast was incomplete; it had no juices and the potatoes were very dry because they were cut so small.

Upgraded to King bed and that did not come through. The heater was very loud. Toilet kept running.

Room only in fair condition. Looks like no-one had stayed in the room for quite a while and smelled musty and not fresh. Need better outdoor lighting to find the front entrance to the hotel.
Staff seemed to be overwhelmed because so few of them were working at the time we checked in.

Rooms are clean, everything worked well and had a great sleep in the very comfortable bed. Been here about 4 times and its always relaxing. My only wish is for a better breakfast
