we were tired and excited to land and have dinner and a drink and settle in,, only to find out that they have no dining room or bar (which they advertise) and the nearest establishment was a couple miles away,, since we were hauling a uhaul we just went to bed without dinner. No cold water in the tub shower,, too hot to handle

They say you could bring pets, but you could not leave them in the room for any amount of time, even to go have dinner.
The hot tub was closed. The restaurant was closed.

We did not get clean towels or empty garbage night 1, we asked, they said they forgot to tell us we have to ask for it. Really? Never anywhere has that been the case. The check in desk man was rude and very sharp tongued

We enjoyed our stay at the RedLion. It was quiet, we had a great view of the land outside our room. The staff was helpful and provided us with supplies quickley and were there if we had any problems.

Our room was beyond dirty.
I understand that it is an older hotel but I was unable to find one thing in there that I was comfortable touching.
Ceilings looked like they had some sort of sticky substance on them, huge gaps/broken fixtures in the shower, toilet was filthy, sink had substantial spiderweb crack, light fixtures were coated in filth, inner sheer curtains at the slider were torn and filthy….The list goes on..
I paid $265 for one night.
I’d say I got taken advantage of just because it was during the roundup and they jacked up their rates.

Hotel needs to be seriuosly updated. Lobby looked new, but was hot, no AC in lobby.
Hotel light outside on street was not totally lit up, showing lack of maintenance.
Our room had an ant crawing on the table next to the bed and the bathroom had some kind of web with dead insects in it on the floor by the door. Maids should have been able to see that.
Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful and I appreciate that.

Hotel is super outdated. Rooms are old and the chair in our room was stained. the beds headboard was covered in dust. Staff was nice. Area is convenient.
