The pool was closed for the season. The area appears relatively safe. Staff is very professional, courteous.

Waited in lobby to check in over 20 minutes; weather was great pool was closed for the season, could not enjoy even that amenity of the place; bed was sagging in middle; bathroom door was had to close; The only highlight was the sweet lady that operated the breakfast room, she had a great personality, great us with a genuine "good Morning"

The staff is pleasant. The rooms are average the breakfast typical nothing special the building is in disrepair. During our stay a pipe burst flooding several rooms. Members of our party had to change rooms.

The only only problem I had with my stay was the computer crashed so it took over two hours for me to check in.

My stay was a stop to rest before an 8 hr. drive. We checked in with no problem. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The only problem was when I tried to freshen up, the water didn't get hot. When its cool outside, I would like feel some heat from my water

My purpose for writing this is the out right disrespect and sex discrimination I received at this establishment. I understand this an independent own operation. No where does any of the staff has a right to be hostile yelling and screaming at anybody regardless of their race or one's gender. I waited patiently to be waited on. I then identify myself as a black woman that I am. He (AJ) yelling and screaming being very hostile " Where is your ID?" I and the young lady working with him both was shocked. I explain to him. "The same way you treated that white man with respect and good service. I expect the same. I hope you don"t treat all your black customer this way inside this establishment." After receiving my key card I went up to inspect. I returned to explain I don't feel safe being in that particular room. He wanted to give me a hard time. However, I received a new room. On several occasion during my stay from the 28 til 31of August 2025. AJ has unlawful breaking and entry into this guest room which had a DO NOT DISTURB sign place on the door the entire time. He is smart enough to make sure that there are no other workers on duty to witness his behavior. Is there a policy that states" Police a guest room who has left their TV on to go insde and turn it off. Even though a DO NOT DISTURB sign is on the door." What about the rights of the people who are using this hotel at that time?" I hope all employees would follow all regulations and policies which are lawfulEST.

Biggest bang for your buck !!
This place was clean,CLEAN,the service impeccable, breakfast was fantastic, for the money you get a HUGE bang for your buck,if i had any complaints, bed was too soft felt like i was sleeping on a cloud ,2nd,they give you bar soap !!,but every room has a microwave, mini fridge,coffee machine, nice place,really was !!

Staff very rude, rooms need updating. Our bathroom door was splitting we couldn’t close it. They give you a separate bill for the security deposit and tell you they have to inspect the room before you will get the money back and that could take 3-4 days.

客户服务非常棒。房间非常整洁干净。我唯一的不满是外面噪音很大，听到门外有人争吵有点吓人，也打扰到我了。要是泳池能开就好了，那个周末天气很好，很适合带女儿去泳池玩。早餐不错，服务也很好。
