We arrived late in the evening and checked in. The system had our contact information incorrect and we had to give our address and phone number several times as the employee didn’t seem to know what to do and another employee had to come out and help her. The room was extremely warm at almost 80 degrees. The air conditioner took a long time to cool off the room but finally did. Our room had several moths flying around and overall felt pretty dated. The room didn’t feel as clean as we would have expected or liked in a hotel. The stay was fine but we were glad it was only one night. The breakfast was a little underwhelming in the morning. Overall it was fine but we wouldn’t book here again in the future.

Was chared $150 withiut being notified. I was asked to berify my id and credit card. When i was handed back my credit card i got a notification i was charged $150 up front for "incidentals" without being told about it. Theu stole money out of my account!

There was hair all over the bathroom and stuff still in the shower. The bed was fine thank goodness but floors filthy and you can tell no one cares to mop

Beds were comfortable. The T.V. Didn’t work when I turned it on, it said the cable needed to be hooked up. I plugged in the cable to the T.V. and it worked but I shouldn’t have had to do that. Bathroom floor had cracked tiles. Never counter the internet to work. The staff was not friendly. They didn’t talk to you or greet you

Serviceable and fine, no frills but clean.
This hotel is fine honestly. There is nothing wrong with it, it is serviceable and clean. I have stayed in several hotels in Greeley now and would stay again.

Substandard for a Comfort Suites. The room was very musty and dated. The showers in nearby rooms were very noisy.
