Room seemed like it was recently redone.Nothing fancy but clean and neat. Bed was very good not too soft but not rock hard. The staff was helpful and very nice.

This looks like a renovation in progress. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds were really comfortable. The onsite bar is very nice extra. I think when it’s all finished it will be a really cool place with a up and coming vibe. Breakfast is minimal but was enough for us.

We parked right outside our room which was great. The light outside during the night was too much, however, but all else AOK

Booked a year in advance and they tried to cancel.
I booked this room a year in advance and I got a call from the Manager the day before our trip having her tell me that she was going to cancel my rooms, but she ended up getting some cancellations so she would honor my reservation but put me in the king room instead of my two double queen , which we booked a year in advance.
While I appreciate having a room, the room they put us in was not that great. It had an old Jacuzzi tub in the corner, and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way there was no counter space and it was difficult to find a plug to use for the hairdryer curling iron

Wonderful
The room was amazing. Very clean and updated. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the shower and the soaking tub was very nice. It is centrally located to downtown and easy walking distance to many events and attractions.

Service was great, but workmanship is awful
The service was excellent but this place was flipped and extremely poorly - unfinished plywood, uncovered light switch boxes, upside down bath taps, microwaves stacked on mini fridges (against code), missing banisters, and half done rope lights (imagine a college dorm). Just truly hilarious workmanship.

Staff were very nice. ******* messed up my reservation but the hotel manager Angela took care of us and Krista at the bar/front desk was very nice as well.
