Front door did not fit correctly. You could see a lot of light come thru. Front window curtain was very shabby looking. Driving up a ramp to the parking area was tight. Parking area looked old and dated. Room was clean and floor was nice looking. The room amenities were nice, i.e.: microwave, fridge, coffee maker, bottled water, shampoo, soaps, etc. Staff were nice and friendly.

Two items. One slow check-in. I think the guy was new so it's understandable. Two. No towels in the room for a shower.

我通过*******预订，但酒店那边没有我的预订记录。我出示了行程单和确认号，但问题依旧。我在酒店大堂拨打了*******的电话，等了很久才接通，接电话的人说是酒店的错。他反复让我等待。最后他提出退款，但我只能自己通过酒店重新预订。*******和酒店都没有提出任何补救措施，也没有承担任何责任。
这家店的员工非常友善，房间也还算干净。但我确信最近的装修不符合建筑规范。详情请见下文。
这不是一家酒店，而是一家房间直接通向室外的汽车旅馆。装修乍一看不错，但实际上很廉价。门下有一条很大的缝隙。夏天可能没什么大碍，但冬天肯定会有很多冷风吹进来。
最大的问题是电路……“砰”的一声巨响！主灯开关冒出火花，床上的灯也灭了。这次事故还导致停车场的断路器跳闸——没错，我们床上的灯（不是房间其他地方的灯，只是床上的灯）和停车场的灯共用一个电路。
在我们到达时，烟雾报警器就已经坏了。我们把所有东西都搬上楼后，实在不想换房间。我丈夫设法把它搬了下来，并从前台拿了新电池装上。这些烟雾探测器没有硬线连接和备用电池，就是你在五金店买的那种贴在墙上的。
优点：友好的工作人员尽力为我们安排了一间更干净的房间。缺点：床铺极其脏，客房服务人员没有更换床单。看到几个流浪汉在酒店停车场附近徘徊，我们感到很不安全。
我们走进浴室才发现房间里竟然没有毛巾！一条也没有。橱柜里、衣柜里，任何地方都找不到。真是太不负责任了！我以后再也不会来这里了。
这附近流浪汉问题很严重。我们甚至都没在这里待下去，因为我们感觉不自在。
破旧不堪，枕头廉价，没有熨斗，窗帘从杆子上掉下来，随意悬挂，而且环境不安全。
房间非常舒适。装修精美，干净整洁。工作人员很友好。
