Wall in the shower was falling apart from the top.

We called the day before and before we left our house nobody answered the phone. Then we were about hour and a half left on our drive when they called us from a different number telling us their lobby closes at 2 even though it said 3 is check in timeand would call us back. We get to the property and head to call them since we never got another phone call to only be told our reservation was canceled by the property. Thanks for not charging us but we affect from this area and really stressed us out and please do better.

They have a trash battle going on between residents and hotel management who should take the trash to the dumpster, meanwhile trash in hallways at the bottom of the stairwells is really a lot of garbage and stains on the concrete that gets tracked everywhere....

We had no dishes or towels and could not reach anyone. However they do list an emergency number but when we called we were told "Towels are not an emergency,but I'll see what I can do " We never got towels.

Just average, needs updating
Nice size room but could use a refresh…outdated. The room had NO drinking glasses of any type. In addition there were NO eating utensils in the room. The best feature in the room I had was the large dressing/bathroom.
While the location was good for shopping, restaurants, and not far from major highways…the faculties need a major facelift and inviting colors.

Very nice suite. Room was clean and comfortable. In the room I was assigned, I would suggest changing out the tattered desk chair and the heavily soiled chair in LR area. Otherwise, the room was great.
