Very tight parking lot. Rude staff. Advertised as pet friendly but there is only concrete for your pet to do its duty, amazing allowing pets and having nowhere for them to go. I would add more but it is not worth my time. Take my word for it, use super 8.

New ownership of 3 years still hasn’t figured out how to manage this hotel. Communication on reservations, transparency on reservations, room accommodations only seem to get worse. My family has been staying here for over 40 yrs and this new mgr is not consistent and lacks welcoming us back year over year. Rooms are repaired with cheap equipment (ac, tv, fridge, microwave, etc), caulking and molding is deteriorating leaving dust and mold in the cracks of bathroom, room door locks are inconsistent forcing you to get new keys or help trying to get in your room, bath towels are horrible if you get them, toilet paper is harsh and no extra roll given making it very embarrassing to go ask for more , toilets clog just as easy, trash cans are not emptied daily, and I could go on … All these things are easily manageable with time and planning but they don’t care as long as they take your money This once was a great experience that was constantly a home away from home during the Pendleton Round Up but those days are gone

Overall we were very happy with our stay. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Our only comment is on the lack of variety provided with the continental breakfast. We would stay again.

While the room was clean and in good shape, and the bed was comfortable, the neighborhood was a little sketchy. Also, although they advertised free breakfast on Priceline, there was no breakfast "not since Covid."

Don’t stay here.non existent breakfast dirty sheets terrible road and room noise. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a motel. Three apples a black banana day old cold coffee 1 slice of bread 1 bagel, cereal with curdled milk was the breakfast offered, the second morning the door to breakfast was still locked at 7:30. The rooms are right on the street in fact if there was a sidewalk your ca R would be parked on top of it

I booked a room last minute mid-week and it was under 100$ with tax, can’t beat that! Pros; Room was clean, staff was friendly, free Wi-Fi, free continental breakfast, mini fridge, microwave, heat/ac, pet friendly. Cons; It was close to the road. Breakfast was limited. And shampoo/soap that was provided had no scent. All things I can live with and I’m super picky.

My employee showed up to check in his room. The key was not working. They went through 5 keys and one hour before getting into his room. Once he gained access to his room, it was filthy and there was stains on the bed and a rip in the comforter. I then called the front desk to let them know he was checking out early and we are requesting a refund. The front desk customer service person was Urvi. She was extremely rude and unwilling to help in anyway. Please be sure you always check reviews prior to booking at a hotel you are not familiar with. We thought since this was backed by Wyndham that it would be a friendly clean establishment and it was the complete opposite.

Motel was clean. A/C didn’t work properly in our room but a friend staying in a different room had a great A/C. Key card quit working twice. Breakfast was decent. Motel was within walking distance of river walk and downtown for the Underground tours. Location was perfect for that.

I had requested a ground floor room. When we arrived to check in, the clerk asked "so you need only a ground floor room?" I replied yes. He said "I do not have any ground floor rooms." I said "well why did you ask me then?" He just stood there with a blank stare on his face. I asked if there were any ground floor ADA rooms, because I qualify as ADA. He said no. So he put us in room 228 right above the office which was kind of fishy. The door was marked "Sleepy Bears Den" which was really weird. My 8 year old boy checked every door on the second floor, and no other room had that designation on it. We felt very uncomfortable. The room had floor vents that looked like they went down into the office. The guy obviously hated serving customers, and denied us a ground floor just because he could. Two things: There were obviously ground floor rooms that were not occupied. We could see through the windows. Also we could not see or find any ADA parking. There should be ADA parking spaces prominently marked and conveniently located in the parking ***** in front of the rooms. I asked if I could park in front of the office and the clerk said no. Wyndham needs to terminate the franchise for this location. I am shocked and ashamed that they allow this behavior by an owner. I want a refund and an apology.
