I booked one night through this platform, and the experience was so impressive that I immediately extended my stay through the hotel’s loyalty program. While this review technically covers just that initial booking, I feel compelled to share that my continued stay has far surpassed my expectations. The staff- both front and back of house were consistently outstanding. If my first night hadn’t been excellent, I certainly wouldn’t have stayed longer. Highly recommend giving them a try - you’ll find yourself extending too.

Room was clean, well appointed and fresh. Couldn’t get hot water in the shower in room 323. Too cool for me to take a shower.

夜班服务员很粗鲁。我的空调坏了，叮叮当当的噪音让我睡不着。空调开不了，房间里又闷又热。房间很干净，咖啡很棒。早餐也不错。
我很喜欢这家酒店。但我不喜欢的是睡不好，因为楼上有人，孩子们整晚都在蹦蹦跳跳……工作人员很糟糕，在我们办理入住时完全没有考虑到我们，她竟然让我们等了30分钟，而她当时还在和另一个顾客聊天。而且，问题不在于酒店，而在于他们分享的关于他们生活的事情。
太多孩子跑来跑去，电梯旁的地板上到处都是水，整晚都很吵，
两天的早餐都吃得累。房间里的恒温器有点难控制，但还算舒服。
