The worst experience I ever had. The towels were damp and the room smelled like smoke. After twenty minutes, I checked out and went to stay somewhere else!!

My only issue was with the internet but other than that, amazing place to stay, comfy and reasonably priced

The staff is gracious and helpful. However the room key failed repeatedly even after multiple trips for "reprogramming ". After my shower, walking around room 107 in my bare feet left them BLACK so i had to rewash them before putting on my socks.

The front desk was great, however the cleaning staff left a lot to be desired. 1st day we asked for them to skip the cleaning, they asked about towels and were very considerate to the fact that we had arrived in the middle of the night, The next day a different service person shows up at 0830, I told him we had just gotten up and to please come back later. Well at 1100pm when we returned nothing had been done to the room. I went to the desk and the lady there got us fresh towels. She asked about having the room cleaned later but I told her we were leaving early the next day, So the next day we leave and return at 1100pm and nothing was done to the room. So basically our room hadn't been cleaned the whole time of our stay. Dirty towels piled in the bathroom, tiny trash can over running. The grounds crew needs to pay a little more attention to detail. One night we returned it was clear that the grass had been cut, well the walkway leading to our room was covered with grass clipping. A leaf blower goes a long way! It seems as if the grounds crew didn't have a hedge trimmer, the bushes are quite unsightly. some doors show chipping paint. Finally I will say that the room was clean when we first arrived.

Average but good value
The property and room were weathered a bit. The pool was not available. But for an overnight or two stay was a good value. Free breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

In spite of regular stays at this location AND having a reservation, they called -just a few hours before I was to check in!- to say they were "overbooked" and didn't have the double room I requested but would give me a King room with a cot! NOT ACCEPTABLE. We finally did manage to get into a double room, but it wasn't at all what I requested. If it weren't for the staff working so hard to make it right I would have just stayed somewhere else.

The lady at front desk was really nice.but the room was dirty the sheets on both beds were dirty .The furniture in room are old run down

Dirty room. Not good upkept of furniture or appliances. Loved the staff. Company just needs to get a make over for that place.
