我被安排到的第一间房间条件糟糕透顶：地板上满是垃圾，床上污渍斑斑，浴缸脏兮兮的，躺椅也脏得一塌糊涂。地板也明显没有吸尘。此外，我预订并支付的是套房费用，结果却被安排到了标准间。当我向前台反映此事时，被告知没有套房了。最终，我被换到了一间更大的房间，但仍然不是我预订的那间——而且同样脏乱。

在第二个房间里，我们发现浴室的镜子上粘着化妆品，浴缸看起来好像好几天没打扫了，最令人不安的是，床罩里竟然有三只死虫子。我们感到非常不舒服，最终决定不再住在那个房间里。

当我向管理层询问退款事宜时，他们告诉我不予退款——尽管房间显然无法居住，而且我们也没有入住。鉴于目前的情况，我认为这项政策是不可接受的。

我正式请求全额退款。我没有收到我支付的房间，而且提供的服务甚至远远低于最基本的清洁和接待标准。我希望贵方团队认真审查此事，并迅速给出解决方案。

I was just there to spend the night. The breakfast options were heavy on carbs -- white flour and sugar -- and light no healthy options like whole grain bread or bagels. Some things were hard to find, like real half and half for coffee. There was a door from my room to the parking area, but I couldn't get it open -- too bad, because my car was right there.
