Shilo Inn appears to be an older Very nice place that is suffering in an area of declining economy. Clean and good place to stay. But it's obvious they are running on a minimal staff and differed maintenance.
I do recommend and may stay again...hope the area and Shilo can get an econ boost!

Mold on the windowsill, broken air conditioner, toilet that wouldn't flush unless the handle was held, worst "free" breakfast I've encountered. When I reported the broken air conditioner to the staff, they took no action. (It was in the 90s while I was there.) All of this is unacceptable, but doubly so considering the price.

Nice hotel with pretty large, clean rooms, comfortable bed, and clean bathroom. The restaurant was closed for renovation, which was a disappointment, since the last time I was here that was a real treat. The picture quality on the TV was pretty poor, even though it was a nice flatscreen and the lights in the room were dim, I’m making it difficult to read. Even though things are a little bit dated, it’s a convenient place to stay and more than adequate for a road tripper.

Room was clean, but the place was severely understaffed for a really busy check in. Hot tub wasn't working on our first stay. Barely working on our second. Hotel is located away from most everything. Luckily, Abby's Pizza was nearby. Good pizza.
Positive note: it's right on the highway. So, easy in, easy out for us long trekkers.

房间很干净，床一般。Wi-Fi信号非常不稳定，几乎没法用。前台工作人员说他们能做的就是重启路由器。不确定他们是否照做了，但网络还是没好。外带早餐也很差劲。
房间又大又舒适。可以带宠物入住，但需要象征性地收取一点费用。早餐还算丰盛。电视有点不太好用。
