This property claimed to have a pool and hot tub however, when we arrived, we were told that it has been broken for quite some time, no updates were made when booking the rooms. One of the rooms we were checked into, I opened it up and it was not clean so we called and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and got us a new room however I was very disappointed with the property itself! It seemed to be rundown for being a new property.

Terrible property conditions for the hotel, and it seems all of the hotels around there are recycled old hotels that haven't been remodeled on 20 years.

Slim pickings for breakfast. We ate elsewhere. Thecarpet in room was dirty and needed replaced. The beds were very hard.

Hotel was clean and staff was courteous. Rooms are clean but old. Some areas need updating. Emergency door broke at end of the hall and pool/spa was put of order with no idea on when repairs wpuld happen. That was disappointing.

The pool was down and there was no notification about this. No refund was given for the stay and the trip was cancelled after arrival.

Staff was friendly, especially those that prepared breakfast. The hotel itself could stand a good cleaning especially the hallways. The property surrounding the hotel was rather lacking in care. Many plants dead and others on their way. This property is definitely not high on their list.

Ok but there are better options at comp. prices
Pool and hot tub were both closed without explanation. Pool was one of the reasons we choose this location. If not for the price and the room size, I would have given a lower review.
