Staff are excellent and helpful. This is a two star hotel but rooms are super clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Dirty room, walked from bed to shower and had dirt footprints on shower floor! Hasn't been mopped or cleaned in months! Room was old and thats ok but very dirty is unacceptable!!!!

I stopped in to ask about early check in and had to stand and wait at the desk for 10 mins, then was told I could check in early but would have to pay an extra 25.00 an hour before check in time I said I would wait and left. 30 mins later there was a message on my phone that Josh (the front desk clerk) tried to charge my card for my stay but it did not go through and they would only hold my room until 230 unless other arrangements were made even though check in is at 3pm. Fortunately I was able to check in and Kevin was very nice. In the room when stepping on the bathroom floor water was seeping up through, and non of the lights would turn on and then the hallway was slowly flooding. I told Kevin and he took care of us right away and was very nice about it. The downfall to this was the overwhelming smell of ****.

The staff was extremely nice and always helpful. The actual rooms are very dated, smelled musty and had an off putting odor. The mattresses are absolutely terrible and should have been replaced 10 yrs ago. A lot of the guests were extremely loud thru the night, slamming room doors, kids screaming in the stairwell and running back and forth down the halls upstairs, for what seemed like hours.

Have have stayed in several hotels, I will say that this hotel was the dirtiest one have ever stay in. There was a roach smash on the wall and was not cleaned off, I also killed one on the floor. The room it self was very nasty. I will never stay at this named hotel ever again. I will stay in my truck, before I would stay in this named hotel.

Clean rooms it worked well for the race weekend. There is no box spring under the mattress so the mattress was uncomfortable and hard.

This property felt like it was being maintained at the lowest level. You can smell smoking, the rooms are needing a lot of upkeep, not clean other than the beds. One bed was unusable due to the large sinkhole in the middle. The floor was not clean and for the 2 nights we were there, got worse as there was no housekeeping offered during our stay. The Cabinets were scuffed up marks all over them and need to be painted or something. The location was great and the one staff member we worked with was very friendly.

Piss poor communication
I was at an event that ran late. During the event there was an attempt to charge my card. It was declined. When i booked the hotel i chose the option to "Pay when I get there" and i had not made it to the hotel at all before the event. I responded to the email about the declined charge and said i would pay when i check in. Got to the hotel and the clerk tells me "someone received the response but the hotel cancelled" the one night reservation. They had no rooms and my friend and i had to drive 4 hours home in the middle of the night.
