Property is very convenient to shopping, restaurants and airport but needs a good renovation.

The property had a lot of maintenance that needed to be done. I came with my family to spend a week and our door knobs were coming off either from the inside or outside had to get changed from rooms bc of it. We also had a really bad cigarette smell in our bedrooms eventhough I had voiced out before I had a newborn. The bathroom door was horrible and made a loud bang everytime we closed it. And the door was completely damaged. However the staff was very respectful, kind and helpful.

It's convenient to get to places in Concord and Charlotte. I just wasn't happy I didn't have any hot water in the shower and I didn't feel very good so I decided not to say anything and I just wait until I got home. And then there was duct tape on the chair and I kept reading reviews about remodeling and I don't think I got a room in remodeling it was yeah

Always had coffee. Housekeeping came to clean the room and bring fresh linen to room daily. Very friendly staff.

All was great except for the $150.00 deposit. I've stayed in many hotels and never had to pay that much for a deposit. It still has not been refunded either. It took 5 minutes for it to be deducted from my account. It should take 5 minutes to put it back. Also the card keys had to be replaced twice. When I went to the front desk I had to go through the process again of showing my ID. Like I was checking in all over again.

Its time for an upgrade.
The hotel is managed well by front desk staff who have been so very warming upon entry and exit. The cleaning staff was also warming and charming. Beds are sagging, carpet needs to be changed as well as appliances. Its all outdated. Also the rooms hold moisture although the air is clean and clear.

I feel that you get what you pay for. This hotel is the cheapest around.The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The pool is a plus. However everytime you get on the elevator its so out dated it seems like its breaking down. I feel with all the money this place makes they could do some remodeling. The downside is the front desk nevers answers the phone never, considering they are short staff. I always see someone at the front desk but no one answers the phone, thats poor business. There was a creepy older white man being weird saying hello to my child he doesnt know coming to the pool area and saying good to see evervody today, walking down the hallways calling for his momma. Made us uncomfortable, so we went back to the room and my son didnt get to enjoy the pool his last night there. The breakfast isnt good. Housekpeeping is very friendly and goves you what you need which is a plus.

Everything was good. Only suggestion I could make is to install higher toilets in a few rooms for handy cap elders that don't need wheelchair but higher toilets because of bad knees.
