The rooms smelled terrible and we didn't stay the night. Staff was very nice and helpful when we needed to cancel.

The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The rooms could use some updates. Our door was very hard to open, the hair dryer did not work, the safety lock was falling off the door and the carpet had stains. Breakfast was good and the linens were clean. We needed a room at last minute and it got the job done. It's a good location and could be a really nice hotel with some maintenance updates.

The hotel definitely needs some upgrades but for the price it was nice. The beds were comfy and it was very quiet. I would stay again. The mini fridge door was very wobbly but even with the upgrades needed the room was nice and clean. Could definitely use some additional breakfast choices. Staff was very friendly. Do feel with the lack of upgrades the $150 incidental fee is a bit high.

This hotel was acceptable. However, the carpet was old, wrinkled and a trip hazard. The rooms did not have lights by the bed for reading, and there were very limited plugs.

Convenient drive to the Cabarrus Arena
Easy to find. Front desk employees were very welcoming. Check-in was quick and simple. They do accept pets but they do not offer many areas to take them to use the bathroom. First room smelled highly of pet urine/odor. They were quick to get me a different room that smelled better but I still bought Febreze air and fabric spray to use the two days we were there for a concert. Other than that the room was fairly clean, everything worked properly and beds/pillows are super soft. For the price and convenience to the concert it was worth the price. Will continue to stay in Sleep Inns when necessary.

Staff was AMAZING!!!! With the noise issue, he (evening/night staff lead) addressed it immediately. I still felt uncomfortable because the patrons were making snide remarks outside my door.

Dissapointed visit
Parking was sketchy. Staff never followed through to help with our concerns. Breakfast was good but the renovation noise was ridiculous. Our room had no cool air conditioning and took 3 days to accommodate us to another room. Homeless people did not give a warm and fuzzy feeling when we were outside
