The room was extremely dirty. There were hairs in the restroom, mold on the curtains, and black residue all over the seat. The walls were covered in marks and looked very neglected. The towels were stained, and overall the room felt unclean and poorly maintained. The person at check-in was unhelpful, and the parking area felt very sketchy. We will never stay there again.

the rooms were not up to standard- the outlets were cracked and broken, the walls were extremely scuffed and dirty, the curtains had mold or mildew growing on them.

Hello - we didn’t stay. We left at 10:00p when we found cockroaches in the room crawling all over the nightstand. We had booked the room for a place to sleep after attending an event.
When we saw the roaches we immediately went to the desk staff and told him we needed a refund and to leave, he said he would approve a refund if we went through the booking site.
So disappointed & we had nowhere safe to stay to sleep and ended up having to drive 6+ hours home because our money was spent at this quality inn.
We need a refund.

The room was fine. Some guest were playing music at 2 am. Sure I’m not the only one who heard it. Called the front desk and it stopped a few minutes later. Rude, ignorant people rent hotels rooms too. Just the luck of the draw.

I stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites in Pearl–Jackson from October 10th to the 13th. Overall, the stay was decent, and the room itself was better than many of the other places currently available in Jackson. However, there were a few issues worth noting.
First, while the bed was made up on my last night, the room was not properly cleaned during my stay — the trash and other items were left untouched for several days. That was disappointing, especially considering the rates charged that weekend.
Speaking of rates, I found that it would have been cheaper to book online. The hotel appeared to take advantage of the HBCU homecoming weekend by charging me an additional $25 per night for the first two nights. It’s understandable that rates fluctuate, but transparency and fairness matter to guests who travel often.
In short, this is a place I would consider staying at again because of its relative quality and location. However, I would definitely double-check online prices first, as it seems the hotel won’t go out of its way to help you save money if there’s an opportunity to charge more.

酒店整体看起来不错,但是,我们走进第一个房间后,发现地板很脏,墙上还有一只死蟑螂。我们告诉前台这个问题,他们给我们换了另一个房间。这个房间看起来还不错。离开酒店几个小时后,回到房间,我们在开放式衣柜区域发现了另一只蟑螂,于是决定离开。出门时,在通往酒店的主要走道上又发现了一只蟑螂。这家酒店急需深度清洁和灭虫服务。工作人员很友好,但这并不能成为其恶劣环境的借口。我获得了酒店全额退款。虽然我离家有4个小时的车程,但我决定开车回家,而不是住在蟑螂肆虐的酒店,或者在附近的其他酒店住几个小时。
