the staff was very friendly the breakfast was very good the room was good with one exception; the window definitely needs replacement! It was not in correctly or it was just old because it felt like the traffic on the highway was so loud like the window was open, but it wasn't also the drapes were so old they had holes in them! that really is the only complaint!

房间第一次开门，居然前台给错房卡，里面是有人入住的状态，然后重新更换了房卡，卫生：每天基本上客房服务只会倒掉垃圾和更换浴巾，其他的都没有，服务：同事因为入住后存在叮咬过敏状态，前台没有任何处理 整体入住的体验非常差，不管是酒店方的服务问题，还是携程方签约酒店问题，都是有严重的管理问题，希望了有一个反馈
房间里弥漫着一股洗衣机里放了很久的衣服的味道。早餐选择非常有限，因为什么都没补充。麦片粥用的牛奶没有了。吐司用的果冻也没有了。放牛奶和酸奶的冰箱也空了。没有水果。
这家酒店很有潜力。需要彻底清洁一下，因为我房间的墙壁上沾满了污渍和不明液体。地毯散发着陈旧和霉味。窗帘很久没洗了。不得不说，位置很方便。
