Staff were nice and pleasant. The room was not clean, sheets look as if someone else had slept on them and not changed, smelled like someone had poured fabulous ( the entire bottle) to cover up a stinky musty smell. I didn’t sleep in the bed and slept in an old office chair. I had booked online because it was close to my work assignment and when I checked in was charged another $100 deposit that I knew nothing about. All this should have been made clear through the booking process. Made for a bad stay with little rest because I felt so uncomfortable

The room wasn’t clean. The pictures were broken in the room and they tried to charge me for it and I told them that it was broken initially and they said they would not charge me but they did charge me then I had to wait just receive my money back from that wasn’t a good experience will not book again

I think the room was great the staff was Beautiful they help me in booking a room one day .y phone wasnt aten right but my and my wife in joyed are self i think it was every bit of 5 star thank you so much.

The room was very nice. Unfortunately the front desk did not have enough help in the morning and we were not able to eat breakfast(they were running behind on gett8ng it aet up and we had to leave.)

BOTH stays (two weeks apart) were disastrous. - The last one {which I was there 10 minutes} an unhinged woman employee was complaining to the manager, about me, trying to get me thrown out of the hotel. - My wife and I immediately left.

前台员工很棒。房间非常干净。洗发水和乳液很好用,早餐也很棒。
房间第一次开门,居然前台给错房卡,里面是有人入住的状态,然后重新更换了房卡,卫生:每天基本上客房服务只会倒掉垃圾和更换浴巾,其他的都没有,服务:同事因为入住后存在叮咬过敏状态,前台没有任何处理 整体入住的体验非常差,不管是酒店方的服务问题,还是携程方签约酒店问题,都是有严重的管理问题,希望了有一个反馈
