I think the room was great the staff was Beautiful they help me in booking a room one day .y phone wasnt aten right but my and my wife in joyed are self i think it was every bit of 5 star thank you so much.

The room was very nice. Unfortunately the front desk did not have enough help in the morning and we were not able to eat breakfast(they were running behind on gett8ng it aet up and we had to leave.)

BOTH stays (two weeks apart) were disastrous. - The last one {which I was there 10 minutes} an unhinged woman employee was complaining to the manager, about me, trying to get me thrown out of the hotel. - My wife and I immediately left.

For 11/16-11/18: Horrible. ... TV [dialogue] is coming out in Spanish, (like last time I stayed, and they said it was just an oversight, from the previous guest, in the room, - the hotel forgot to change the TV back. ~ That now was obviously not true ~ their sports channels are flat-out set to Spanish ... And HBO} ... Lady in the hall didn't want to do anything about it, when I said "This has to be fixed" - Lady got all confrontational - Said 'how dare you speak to me like that' ... "You're interrupting my task; I'm doing hall duty I'm not even supposed to be talking to you!" I stopped the argument, and went down the hall and out the back door - to come around to the car and tell my wife we're leaving. Went back in, made a video of the room (including recording the TV) came out dropped the two keys and told the manager why we're leaving. ~ If you're a woman clocked in, at a hotel, there is NO SUCH THING as you shouldn't be speaking to me. I am the customer. I told the manager we're not paying for this hotel, I'm uncomfortable with a woman with a nasty attitude, roaming the halls - and "I'm paying you you're not paying ME" ... And left, never to come back.
I recorded everything.
I was still walking down the hall, not quite to the door and I heard the woman say, to the desk lady "Oh my G@D did you hear how the man talked to me??" - Best decision for me and my wife to leave, and not stay for our stay. The hotel we came to everybody is nice, and the TV plays in English.

The room was clean...some of the staff wasnt friendly...the lady that was there at check in yesterday was nice and very helpful

前台员工很棒。房间非常干净。洗发水和乳液很好用,早餐也很棒。
房间第一次开门,居然前台给错房卡,里面是有人入住的状态,然后重新更换了房卡,卫生:每天基本上客房服务只会倒掉垃圾和更换浴巾,其他的都没有,服务:同事因为入住后存在叮咬过敏状态,前台没有任何处理 整体入住的体验非常差,不管是酒店方的服务问题,还是携程方签约酒店问题,都是有严重的管理问题,希望了有一个反馈
