Outter room was clean but the bathroom was flat out gross. There was even a booger or poop smeared on the bathroom wall.

One night stay
I’m a local and I was without hot water for a few days and I stayed the night to have a good hot shower. I can always use a shower at work but it’s not like being in your own place.

The owner read me a check in and is a very gracious host of this property. I had an issue with the microwave that I reported, and he immediately came down to help remedy the issue and even had a nice conversation that included him giving me some guidance around the area of state parks and visiting Mount Magazine. Very comfortable room, upgraded nicely and I would stay here again when I am in the area.

Ok for an overnight stay
The hotel was fine for an overnight stay. The room was clean. The bed offered little support. The smoke detector was missing, which did not affect our stay but probably not up to code. The breakfast was not good. There was no coffee and the only food was cereal, two yogurts, and small tasteless muffins. There was only enough milk for our cereal.

The room was dirty the bathroom was nasty. The staff canceled my reservation with ******* and then gave me another reservation that costed more to get money out of me. The staff was extremely rude and caused me to wait an hour and a half to get my room

I reported that the TV wasn't working and they dared to take my belongings while I was away and moved them to a different room without my consent, once there the remote of the TV didn't work either and the toilet constantly flushed itself every 10 minutes ALL NIGHT LONG, the guy on the front desk entered my room while I was on the showe

Ok, not great.
It was ok. Barebones hotel. The ceiling tile above the shower was open when we first got there. We closed it. The shower pulled away from the wall if you adjusted the shower head. There wasnt many open outlets and the ones that were available were so loose the plugs fell out.

I had to check out on Saturday morning so did not stay Saturday night as planned. Is there anyway I can get the Saturday night charge returned to my credit card. The manager at the hotel said he marked that I checked out on Saturday morning. Thank you
