This resort is in a beautiful, quiet location yet close to local resources in the surrounding community. The unit was very nice, well appointed, extremely clean & very comfortable. Staff were kind, courteous & always available if we needed them. The walking trails are great & the lodge is close by with a bar & restaurant. Awesome getaway!

Our stay was overall very pleasant. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We celebrated our toddler’s 3rd birthday during our stay and I was able to bake a large cake, which was a lovely bonus. The patio area was also a highlight, my husband enjoyed grilling, and we appreciated the peaceful setting.
The only issue we noticed was the bathroom cleanliness. There was a urine odor, and the bathtub had a few hairs, suggesting it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Aside from that, everything else met or exceeded our expectations, and we would stay again.

yes there is no dining at running y that you would want to spend money on condo was great its just a ways from town to the store there are not many places to eat in Klamath falls that are not fast food it was fine cooking for us at the condo but go with that in mind cause Klamath falls is old and tired and if you want a lot of mexican food or fast food that's what you get.

房间脏乱不堪
我和家人一直期待着这次旅行，也很高兴能住在一个设施齐全、环境优美的地方。可惜的是，我们的入住体验却大相径庭。我们的房间有点破旧，而且很脏。后门把手都掉了，一个百叶窗坏了，地板和台面很脏，我们在主浴室的镜子上，以及主卧和一张单人床上的床上用品上都发现了头发。最糟糕的是浴室的马桶甚至连水都冲不了。我们不止一次打电话给维修人员，最后一次他们只给我们留了一个柱塞来处理。离开时，我再次与前台沟通了我们遇到的所有问题，她非常抱歉，并告诉我们，她希望没有人会遇到这样的情况。但说到底，这绝对不是我想象中花钱住的这家度假村。
房间很宽敞，很不错。但是WiFi要额外收费，而且那么多咖啡，偏偏他们提供福杰士咖啡。真是糟糕。
根本没有 wifi 或手机服务！
