我们在那里呆了11天，那里的气味很不好，到处都是小虫子和其他小动物。微波炉无法使用，厨房无法使用，因为即使我们烤面包时烟雾报警器也会响，而且我们无法打开窗户（甚至无法通风），因为窗户被拧紧了。消防部门甚至还来过一次，因为警报响了。没有锅碗瓢盆、沙拉碗或汤匙……外面到处都是垃圾，入口很脏，泳池边只有两把椅子（供所有客人使用），而且只是临时清理过。那些天里，游泳池甚至都没有被清扫过；到处都是烟头。 2 张日光躺椅又旧又脏。经过我们的提醒，房间在第8天就被打扫干净了。

声音太响了，冰箱声音很大，而且一直在除霜，我们不得不把冷冻食品扔掉。隔壁房间里，酒店的衣物正在夜间洗，声音非常大。我们只用了一半的时间就洗了衣服，酒店里买不到洗涤剂，而且洗衣机和烘干机非常脏。由于机器没有清洗，白色衣物后来留下了污渍。烘干机里的所有东西都是旧棉绒和污垢。人们在停车场闲逛。总体来说是一家非常糟糕的酒店。工作人员很友好，这是一个优点。一般不推荐。

The entire place was stinky like mold, perhaps the new paint in the place. The carpet smelled very bad. The staff was very friendly, excellent customer service just the place just nothing like the pictures

The room I reserved wasn't available at check-in (queen). I had a meeting that I had to attend, so I had to accept a double bed room of be forced to wait. I was told cleaning staff were behind schedule as the reason. The manager wasn't available and no one was available later to speak with to switch rooms.

Daytime staff of my 2nd day stay very rude. Roach in the room, bathroom tap detached from wall. Murky room smell. Very old appliances ie the dish washer and refrigerator. Felt unsafe as lots of people were loitering around

The staff were great, friendly, and helpful, and the room was great; it was spacious and clean. We had no issues at all and I would not only stay here again, I would recommend it to others.

Bad does not explain it. My wife needs medical equipment and so the pullout couch was important. No human could sleep in the pull out. Butt on the floor,,knees in the air.

Just walk around. It is neglected.....no one cares
