Nice clean property. Full kitchen was great even though we only stayed one night. Definitely plan on coming back to this property.

Floor had aspalt tar all over it. Couldn't tell from grey wood floors. My daughter could not get the tar off my 3 yr old grandaughters feet. Bugs everywhere on towels, floors, tubs. However Viola who takes care of breakfast is awesome.

Solid option for Mesa Verde trip
Wonderful layout for an extended family. Has some of those b-n-b like amenities, which was super helpful. Breakfast is solid and included hot food (think omelette, hash browns and sausage).

My second time there and both times they cancelled my reservations and put me in another room that I didn't reserve . I made and paid for that particular suite months in advance . Both times they said that they had overbooked . I was not happy with that two times in a row .

房间还算够用，不过乙烯基板的地面让它看起来有点斯巴达式的简约。免费早餐超出预期，味道也挺好。电脑桌旁的滚轮椅上有水渍（或者更糟糕的污渍？）。我的房间213在两层楼建筑里，但却是在一个部分地下室里，低于地面约四英尺。这个两层楼建筑的问题是，旁边的停车位不够，而斜对面单层汽车旅馆部分的停车位又大多是残疾人专用。浴室干净整洁，功能齐全。
服务有待改进
我们预订了Suburban酒店，但他们给我们安排了后面的房间……隔壁的Quality Inn酒店……我们并没有预订这家酒店……即使我们要求了，他们也没有给我们换房间，这非常令人失望。虽然我们到得很早，但房间似乎没有人住，显然是超额预订了……真遗憾……房间还可以，早餐也……仍然令人失望。

登记入住非常友好，自助早餐非常细心，总是试图立即补充所有东西。不幸的是，就像美国几乎所有地方一样，有很多塑料、一次性餐具等。房间配有小厨房，这里有普通的餐具，但遗憾的是不够4人吃。酒店周围有许多餐馆和（杂货）购物场所。酒店后面有一个大公园和一个室外游泳池，不幸的是，尽管是夏季天气，但游泳池在八月中旬关闭了。梅萨维德的理想起点。
