Used the elevator was very dirty and smell very strange through the hotel. For the price I wasn’t expecting much but could definitely use a good sweep.

The elevator was dirty with dust, wrappers & hair. Our room had what appeared to be dark brown splatter or old blood on the walls near toilet—you could tell it isn’t deep cleaned, tile was dirty in bathroom (clear dirt in crevices), a few beard trimmings around sink with longer hair that is as not ours. There was a musty odor that smelled like mildew or mold in the room—possibly from a/c filter. Turning off an/c & aniring out the room did not really help.
The hot tub & pool area wasn’t clean at all. Water looked dirty in the hot tub & you could smell the strong chlorine from down the hall. Towel hamper was overflowing with towels, as if no one was keeping up with any cleanliness.
It was disappointing because the photos looked beautiful. It was not at all the freshness I was expecting, especially from reviews.
Positives—breakfast was fair, the gentleman serving breakfast was very nice & happy! It was very cheap for one night.

The sleeping room clean, the bed comfortable. The breakfast very good, there were many choises. The man who maintained the food area was very attentive.

Great Stay!
Front desk is Awesome! Nice big room & very convenient and comfortable! Lots of places to eat around the area. Definitely a good stay!

I booked a non-smoking room and our room had a distinct smell of past smoking in the room.

Last minute room...great location.
The room was booked last minute on the website. Arrived at the hotel within an hour of booking. The room was clean and orderly. Front desk clerk was very open, courteous and genuine not the forced work face. He got me in under 10 minutes. Property was nice. We slept well and floor was quiet. On my list my next trip to that area.

Over all it was a pleasant stay but the bathroom needs updated. The sleeping area is much nicer than the bathroom. Chips and rusting all over in the bathroom. Bedding was not very breathable and could hear when people moved in bed like a plastic sound.
