Room was decent, clean and comfortable. The lobby however needs some serious repairs to the ceiling. It was very uneasy to look at several boards nailed to the ceiling where there was obviously water damage. Breakfast was ok, typical continental breakfast. Air-conditioning didn't work hardly at all. Filters caked with junk and smelled moldy. Congested the whole time

The hallways REEKED of smoke. Messed with my asthma and made it overall extremely unpleasant to be there

Roaches in the bathroom. Maintenance came and fumigated when I made mention of it, but I found one the following morning.
