My visit to the Quality Inn in Altamonte Springs and let me tell you — this place is nothing like your typical Quality Inn. The room is super clean, spacious, and honestly way nicer than I expected. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the front desk staff were awesome and super helpful. I’m really impressed with this location and would definitely stay here again.

Don’t stay in there , cockroaches all the places in the room, rusty microwave / fridge , stains in the beds / barroom , smells like cigarettes/ light switch didn’t even work , I left the place after 20 after checking in that’s how bad this place is , plus the lady in front desk was rude maybe she doesn’t like the night shift :)

Our room smelled like mold, very overwhelming smell, the fridge froze all of our drinks and was making very loud noises that kept me up most of the night, also did not have enough towels, they only gave us one washcloth and there was two of us staying in the room. Overall was not a good experience.

Room had stains on bedding, check in was hard because of them being so short staffed, and came back for the second night and had to get the key card reprogrammed because it wouldn't unlock the door at 11pm

I made the reservation for a friend and live an hour away. He couldn't check in unless I drive there. Then said I couldn't get a refund for my reservation.

There was literally roaches crawling in the room. The hotel was absolutely disgusting and the ceiling by the door and in the bathroom had MOLD growing. I’m absolutely disgusted that this place is even still operating.
