The room was large. The grounds and hotel could definitely use some upkeep. The fan area in the bathroom showed signs of mold, and the fan dripped onto the toilet lid. The windows were filled with condensation between the panes. There were tiles missing in the hallway. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok.

The facility was totally serviceable for our needs. Its a little tricky to figure out how to get to parking. We ended up in the car dealer once.

Awesome stay
This is my 2nd time of staying. We have enjoyed both times we stayed. Breakfast was good. Rooms were nice and clean. It's on continue stay list when we come play soccer at TBK ...

There wasn’t much for a breakfast and no elevator and the Netflix they claim they have is not there. Just not worth the price in my opinion

Excellent value. Indoor pool, hot tub, and laundry all used and functional. Clean and well-maintained with a friendly staff.

Half the lamps in the room were burned out, dead crickets and earwigs in the corners, live crickets and earwigs in the bathroom (plus a german cockroach in the tub). Boogers stuck to the walls, dust and cobwebs everywhere. The pool and hot tub were super over chlorinated so our eyes were burning just being in and around them. Wouldn't recommend

No elevator
Our only complaint was the lack of an elevator to get to the second floor. Carrying large, heavy luggage up a flight of stairs was not easy. Our room was clean & fresh. The hallways & lobby were clean & staff was pleasant.
