First, no king room, even though that’s what I reserved. The double queen I was given.. the Refrigerator was broken, I was not offered a new room.. only told “We will let maintenance know tomorrow”. People being super loud in the room down the hall at 3 am. Parking lots were very slick. Will not return.

We had to check out 2 days early due to the impending winter storm. We were told we would likely get a refund for the 2 nights we couldn't stay. Can someone let me know if that is the case and when we will get the refund?

They had one young lady at the counter and there was a line. I checked in online which was a waste of time bc I had to peovide the same info/ID to the young lady. The bed covering has spots, the blinds are broken, and one tiny bar of soap in bathroom'. Concession area no snacks beverages to purchase! Not a good experience.

Some of the staff were nice people but the rest were arrogant and disrespectful, the bathroom had bunches of dirt and/or whatever in the corners, there are plenty of shops, gas stations etc. the breakfast I didn't eat I wasn't feeling well, they over charged me as with ********** the tax and everything is supposed to be included but I was charged tax again on my check in, and my card was over charged! The receipts I was given had numerous errors on it and when I tried to bring it to their attention I was told I was told I didn't know what I was talking about As far as respectful after the first week staying there they treated me like I was homeless, my bill was always paid on time and without any argument! I'm going through some things at home as I just buried my mom and never told them that but I feel VERY disrespected. When I first started my stay they were energetic and wanted my business but days before leaving I felt like a homeless person and received mostly disrespect!!!! Overall it was a decent stay and I didn't have to sleep in my truck!

The ceiling in the room was peeling. The hallways were super hot. The rooms matched. The A/C turned on but couldn't get it to turn down. Water pressure in shower not great (was nice and hot though). Check in stood there for 15 minutes, while customer after customer came up saying the room key wasn't working. 1 cashier who worked for 16+ hours (redhead), breakfast biscuits were stale and hard as a rock. Just not good. Yes $100 a night is great but for the extra $25 I'd stay at a better hotel.
