Disgusting I would actually like my money back the carpet was stained the sofa looked like someone threw up on it and wasn’t cleaned properly I will never stay here again

there were shops very nearby. The room was amazing. the only turnoff was the condition of the carpet in our room and the hallway. Many stains/spots so gave the impression it was very dirty. Only negative for us but we were there for less than 12 hours. Very easy access to airport.

我喜欢住在这里，因为有班车服务。为了赶早班飞机，住一晚去机场很方便。
然而，班车应该在凌晨4点到达，把我们送到机场赶6点的航班。结果已经过了4点，司机还没来，工作人员也联系不上他们。我被迫开车去机场，浪费了不少时间停车，然后走很长一段路去安检。我选择班车是因为我是残疾人，如果迟到就没有跑过机场的特权了。我不仅要付停车费，还差点因为沟通不畅和司机不准时而错过航班。我很不爽，我本来打算在旅行期间免费停车，结果却不得不自己开车去机场，还要付停车费和酒店费。我太失望了！
毛巾上沾满了化妆品，床上到处都是别人的头发，房间质量很差。沙发上有污渍，桌椅也破烂不堪。
