Did not like the fact that there was a holding of a fee added to my room fee. They did refund the credit. There were no amunities (hand lotion - free breakfast - and TV difficult to find a channel. Will NOT book another room in this facility.

would not stay there again 😔
tv got only 1 channel. toilet wasn't clean. room was quiet and air conditioner worked great 👍. no maid service daily. had to ask for towels. pool out of service yet perfect weather for it. exterior needs paint all over. location perfect. lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. beds very comfortable.

酒店回复: We have DirectTv we 100s of channels did you let anyone at the front know it was most likely the input was wrong and we give daily service unless they are told no or there is a DND on the door as for the pool all websites state the pool did not open this season and we also have a note in the lobby with the same info

Key opener didn’t need a key. Was able to open door freely. Room smelled of cigarettes. Shower head was broken so some water poured from the bottom of the shower head when the water was turned on. One wall by the bathroom vanity had sticky yellow stuff splattered all over it.

Really good place to stay. Super clean and no bugs
The only downside of our trip was these kids from a baseball tournament in town was running back and forth banging on doors
I called the front desk and they said they would take care of it and it stopped for a little while and then started back up

酒店回复: Im sorry about that i was there that night i took care of it the 1st time the 2nd time it was different group i caught them took them to there parents then the 3rd time it was those kids plus knew ones again we work solo on shift i was trying to catch them all but the parents were not watching there kids so i had to handle the kids plus the "parents"

Reservation was for double beds but we got a king with a couch. When we went to front desk we were told it came to them as a king with sleeper. So, all three of us slept in the one bed because anyone over 10 can’t sleep on those pull out couches and move the next day. They did not have any doubles left. The tv would turn on but the remote only worked the volume and the channel it was on was the Spanish channel. The dispenser in the shower said hand soap and lotion. The air conditioner was really good.

I had two lights out when I got to the room my light by the bed went out while I was there. The vent fan in the bathroom didn’t work and somebody stepped on my Apple Watch and broke it and nobody owned it. The person at the desk wouldn’t even talk to me about it wouldn’t even look at. It said they didn’t speak English. I had a horrible experience and I will not be back and I think they charge me for extra day cause I left yesterday and I think they charged me for Saturday.

The house keeprs walked in and didnt even knock on the door first.
And that made us very uncomfortable.
There wasnt No Water in the room we stayed in. The beds looks like thy were slpet in and they were gross
