Great staff, I left my shoes in the room. They had them wrapped up when I came to pick them up.
So curteous and willing to make your stay enjoyable.

The only thing that would have made it better is if it would have had an elevator, but the nice guy at the seat carried my heavy suitcase for me.

Not la Quinta’s standard
We tried 2 rooms, each had bad smells. One from a heater, the other smelled like vehicle oil.
This isn’t what I expected from a La Quinta.
Hotel seemed run down. One desk employee to cover everything. Jackson the person at the desk was great with everything he was handling. Cudos to jackson 5 starts. We ended up canceling our room and ultimately our trip.

The bathroom/toilet/shower fan is connected to the light so you can’t have one without the other and the fan is VERY noisy. The shower control knob is very difficult to pull on and push off. The water at the bathroom sink sometimes only flows warm/hot - not cold! The room lighting is fairly dark for reading.

Either, I didn’t not know how to get the room temperature regulated properly or the system and our room was not working properly. The hot tub was out of order. I was notified before my trip and offered a refund if that made a difference. It did not affect me since I was not planning on using it anyway. I appreciated them, letting me know ahead of time.

我们最终住进了一楼的一个半埋式房间。房间昏暗，气味难闻，外面环境也很吵。
冰箱因为开到最大声，所以噪音很大。温度控制器缺失，根本调不下来。
卧室和浴室里都没有地方挂毛巾。
