Staff was courteous, however the microwave in my room is in horrible condition. It needs replacing. The paint is coming off the bottom. Looked too horrible to use. I tried using one in 203 but that one was in terrible condition as well. They are old and need replacing.

The door on the room I was given would not close and the room smell like piss. Also, the couch and bathroom wasn’t cleaned. I asked the lady at the front for another room. She claimed the hotel was booked up and gave me instructions on how to close the door. Which I couldn’t get it to work. The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all. So, me and my son checked out of the hotel. I couldn’t believe a room like that was given to a guest. I’ve stayed at comfort suite hotels before and this one was the worst.

The room was lacking a few basic amenities. The room’s floor was uneven with old carpet covering it. Our room was positioned where the street light peeked thru the curtain. We only had two towels to use in the bathroom. Bed was fine and clean.

The floor was very dirty, even had gum stuck to the carpet. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The beds were hard as a rock, with flat, tiny pillows. The toilet needed two flushes every time it was used. Staff were unwelcoming, and some were rude.

我入住的时候,前台那位先生看起来不太高兴,只是例行公事地办理手续。我退房的时候,他正在打电话和另一位顾客聊天。他办完我的手续后就直接走开了,后来发现我还站在那里,才回头说:“哦,我办完了,你可以走了。” 入住和退房期间,我都没有收到任何感谢。早餐还可以,但是没有鸡蛋。我们发现负责早餐的那位女士正在和另一对夫妇聊天,我们尴尬地站在那里等了一分多钟,她才问我们需要什么。问了鸡蛋的事情后,她又去做了些,大概五分钟后就端出来了。看了其他评论后,这与我预期的不太一样。
