It was alright. I mean you’re in Monroe so don’t expect much. It had the typical stains on the floors and walls and etc but there were no insects or anything visible on the sheets. No rude service. No problems with the rooms. It just looks “old” and used inside. I’d stay there again though. I went for a homecoming. That was the purpose of it. Price was affordable which I liked. If you want “nicer” you’d probably have to get somewhere near the mile but this is still better than a motel 6 or any motel for that matter. I’d say this place was viable.

You guys are slipping - do better
Eggs burnt at breakfast, sink leaked, a/c did not cool down and rattled all night, odd stain on carpet, and could not close drapes so room was not dark

Not a great experience
The hotel is very outdated and dirty. I walked around our room barefoot and the bottom of my feet were black. Our TV didn't work and no one knew how to fix it. There were cut wires laying on the floor under the a/c unit. when we went to check out, no one was out the front desk because she was standing out front with some of the maids smoking right in front of the entrance, so you had to walk through it to leave.

Several fast food places near by, breakfast was decent, but the floors in our room was lacking. Carpet needs ripped, so dirty! Beds were clean and com though.

I enjoyed checking in with the friendly person at the front desk. We loved our first walk through in the room. We were only in town for one night, so we didn't stay in the room that long before leaving. After returning to the room after midnight there were clipped toenails at the foot of our bed and on the floor as well. It was too late to get any assistance and the morning associate was on a call and we were in a hurry to get back on the highway.

I stayed three nights recently. During my stay, I had several concerns and notes were made by three desk attendants.My first concern was the bedding. My son and I arrived very late and were exhausted, so I made a space to sleep that didn’t look as dirty. (His bed was fine.) I reported that at the front desk—along with the facts I disposed of a dead bug carcass and that the television didn’t work. I was told things would be handled by the time I returned. They were not.When I got back to the hotel about 10 p.m., I got to the room to find that clean towels had been left on the desk, but nothing else had been done. The front desk person came to my room and was shocked. She got the television working, and I told her I would sleep in the bed my son had been in the night before as he was staying elsewhere. She made another note about the room.The next morning, I reported that while the tv had come on and channels could be selected, the volume and power buttons didn’t work. Those matters were added to the list.That night when I returned close to 11, I found the room in the exact same shape I had left it. Again, the front desk staff came down to confirm this. She loaned me a remote from the front desk and apologized profusely for the issues of my stay and said she was going to leave a note hoping to get me a refund of some sort.The next morning, I was told because I had booked at a discounted online rate, I would have to contact management. I did and received no reply.

我入住的时候,前台那位先生看起来不太高兴,只是例行公事地办理手续。我退房的时候,他正在打电话和另一位顾客聊天。他办完我的手续后就直接走开了,后来发现我还站在那里,才回头说:“哦,我办完了,你可以走了。” 入住和退房期间,我都没有收到任何感谢。早餐还可以,但是没有鸡蛋。我们发现负责早餐的那位女士正在和另一对夫妇聊天,我们尴尬地站在那里等了一分多钟,她才问我们需要什么。问了鸡蛋的事情后,她又去做了些,大概五分钟后就端出来了。看了其他评论后,这与我预期的不太一样。
