The staff is phenomenal. Aprecio mucho la personal. Breakfast was decent. Very comfortable bed. Great location with moutains in the horizon including Pike's Peak. Will stay here again.

We got in very late so we were exhausted. Our original room was near the elevator and I asked for a change due to noise. They accommodated without reservation and it was even an upgrade! Breakfast had good options of protein and carbs. It is in a convenient location to everything. I would stay here again!

I set up the room on ******* and when I arrived at the property, the lady told me they weren’t gonna honour the price I had on the computer ! Then she called somebody speaking in Farsi which I understand telling them she had given away my room . She tried to quote me almost double like she was doing me a favour I refused and then she quoted me $$55 more and as I was tired and had to be up in three hours excepted. PS I won’t be back. PS as we are preparing to leave she was preparing breakfast. She didn’t even offer us a cup of coffee. Don’t stay here

Blanket had cigarette burn hole. Shower curtain rod was falling down. Room smelled funky.

Eggs and sausage were cold. Carpet square by the bed was loose. Staff was very friendly.

Debbie checked us in at the front desk and then she was again at the desk on checkout. Wonderful person, so friendly and helpful! She is a great asset to this company!!!
