My first night of 4 I was unable to find the TV remote. I call the front desk to see if they had another remote. The person at the front desk came up to my room and insisted to "search" the room. He looked in every drawer, under the bed and my personal belongings and questioned me as if I had stoled the remote. Then I asked him why my room smelled like cigarette smoke, he then started to mumble something and left the room. He did leave a new remote for the TV but was very RUDE about the whole situation

Room smelled and was not worth the amount paid. Stated across the street for 20-30 more and would pay that everytime to not stay at somewhere like comfort suites.

Very clean rooms and quiet place to stay. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. We will return again, The hot tub and swimming pool were broken but that didn’t affect us.

The staff is phenomenal. Aprecio mucho la personal. Breakfast was decent. Very comfortable bed. Great location with moutains in the horizon including Pike's Peak. Will stay here again.

Stephanie at reception has been great. from her call prior to iyr arrival to checking us in.

hotel location is practical, close to outlets and convenience store.

We got in very late so we were exhausted. Our original room was near the elevator and I asked for a change due to noise. They accommodated without reservation and it was even an upgrade! Breakfast had good options of protein and carbs. It is in a convenient location to everything. I would stay here again!
