Just OK
It was just OK. They couldn’t get us checked in but let us go to the room anyway so that was nice. But as I was relaxing in bed watching TV the front desk lady just yelled front desk and walked into my room. I was like what the heck? And she left. So that was weird.
AC worked great. Bed was just OK. I slept good but wife said mattress was too firm for her. Pillows were awful.
Breakfast was OK. Nothing special. Typical hotel breakfast.
When we left 4 cop cars pulled up to the front door so not sure what that was all about but we didn’t hang around to find out.

"Night auditor" barged into room at 8am while half dressed! Had to be pushed out...when management was notified, they said check out was done the night before BUT IT WAS NOT. No text, no email, nothing about a check-out! GM DID NOT CARE, SAID WOULD GIVE "DISCOUNT" then said we'd have to go through 3rd party to get that. BEWARE-COULD BE S$X TRAFFICKING GOING ON HERE. Occupant said they were being watched the night before (had child with her at that time).

Convenient location for our trip down from Dallas to attend UT game. We have stayed several times over the years and always experience friendly service, clean and comfortable room, and a substantial breakfast all for a great price. Will recommend and stay again in the future.

Check in was good, staff very friendly. Pool seemed dirty. Hotel smelled clean. Pillows were tiny, shower smelled bad, Controls on AC did not work so I froze the first night and was too warm the second night.

我期待的只是简单的装饰。房间里有一张大桌子和一把舒适的椅子，我可以舒展地躺着工作。夜间灯光充足——停车场和房间里都有。有很多插座可以充电。衣柜里甚至还有熨衣板和漂亮的木衣架。床很舒服，枕头种类丰富。还会赠送一块香皂！比淋浴间里那个傻乎乎的沐浴露分配器好多了！房间里还有微波炉和冰箱。真庆幸我选择了这家酒店！
我们入住期间，凌晨12点，有个陌生人试图用钥匙打开我们的房间。然后我接到前台的电话，说房间应该是空的！！他们不知怎么查不到我的名字，却给了我一把房间钥匙，还从我的卡里扣了款。我当时正和两个十几岁的孩子一起睡觉，这让他们吓坏了！！我气炸了！这辈子再也不订这家酒店了！房间不干净，还有人半夜闯进我的房间。整晚都是巨大的噪音和撞击声！这到底是什么酒店？？？我要退款，而且这辈子再也不在这里睡一天了！不用了，谢谢！
办理入住手续时工作人员很粗鲁。晚上 11 点，经过 10 个小时的驾驶，花了 10 分钟才有人注意到我们站在锁着的前门等待
