I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. While we were sleeping, we started feeling bites along with a burning, itching sensation. When we lifted the covers, we discovered red bed bugs on the bed. This was shocking, alarming, and completely unacceptable for any hotel.
We immediately reported the issue to the front desk. Although the staff moved us to another room, no refund or compensation was offered for the inconvenience, the lost sleep, or the stress of finding bed bugs in our room. Considering the seriousness of the situation, I expected a far more responsible response from management.
The new room was at least clean, but the experience had already made our stay uncomfortable. It’s difficult to relax after discovering bed bugs, and we spent the rest of the stay feeling uneasy. and checking our belongings making sure the bugs did not clime into our stuff.
I truly hope the hotel takes this matter seriously and performs proper inspections and treatment, because no guest should have to deal with something like this. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Bathroom was dirty and stained, the whole room smelled like dead fish at a lake, the bedding was stained as well as the towels, the ceiling was falling apart, one pillow had a dried booger on it, and the bed itself creaked every move you made. You get what you pay for. Cleaner when we left than when we got there.

We did not eat breakfast. Huge roach in our bathroom crawling on our towels and sink had brown liquid dripping all over the floor.
