Room appeared clean but had a funky odor. Outside atmosphere was the deciding factor. Car with flat tire parked in front of room entrance appeared to have been there a while, the property didnt have an inviting atmosphere so we left shortly after check in due to safety concerns.

Overpriced. Dirty. Not a secure area.
Dirty bathroom and non functioning vent. Faucet leaks onto counter. Much too expensive for what it is. Garbage pickers scouring Sams Club dumpsters next to hotel within sight of room. People wandering around the parking area and smoking in cars.

We stayed here for the price, but the room was clean and updated. The breakfast is just pastries and cereals but still good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A nice mall and plenty of food options were less than a half mile away. We would stay here again.

Older style motel with outside entrances and no elevator. Kids partied all night outside our room and staff did nothing. Felt very unsafe.

My fiancé and I were driving to West Monroe Louisiana from Orlando Florida and needed a place to stay for the night. On our long road trip to West Monroe, I did research on all the hotels in the area that were budget friendly and that’s where we found this hotel. I read multiple reviews some good some bad, so I was a little spectacle. We ended up giving this hotel try. When we arrived the woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze since I had booked the room online. We were in room 106, when we got into the room we noticed it was a little dated, but clean and inviting. My fiancé and I checked the room and the bed before bringing any of our belongings in just in case, but the room was clear! No bugs, everything was clean, and comfortable. I read a lot of complaints about the hotels ACs in the room, those complaints are true. The AC was kind of loud in our room, but it didn’t really bother us. While settling in and laying down we did hear a few noises, but the hotel was full when we entered and with multiple people staying your bound to hear some noises. Throughout the night it was peaceful. We did stop and get morning breakfast that the hotel offered the next morning before we left. They had Biscuits, gravy, pastries (verity), breakfast burritos, jams, butter, coffee, apple juice, and orange juice. The Breakfast was delicious a great way to start our day. Check out was quick & easy we handed the lady at the front desk our keycards and were off
