Tried to cancel reservation due to the very poor cleanliness of the room(s). Was told to talk to a manager that is not available for 3 weeks?!?!?!
Front desk was nice BUT not helpful with my refund request.
Not about to pay for not staying in the hotel. This is a budget hotel for sure, expect to get what you pay for. There are much nicer "clean" hotels in the area for a little be more but you get a LOT better accommodation.
NOT family friendly and still very sketch even for a single person to stay here. Potentially the worst hotel in the area.
Concerns could have been resolved but there was not desire to work with the customer to "make things right"
Therefore I can not and WOULD NOT recommend this hotel.

Not worth $94 a night. Not enough options for breakfast. The pillow was too small for a person. Pillow case was with hair sticking to it. Would not recommend. It was just at the heart of the city and accessible to fast-food and gas.

Not entirely sure that the bed was made fresh or not. I haven’t seen such crumpled sheets ever before in a newly made hotel bed.

Our room was okay, you could tell it was an older property. The tub/shower needed replaced, the finish was coming off.
The beds were comfortable, nothing special.
Glad they were pet friendly but not much good area around the facility to walk them.
The breakfast selection was ok for a continental. I believe they said hot breakfast but that was not the case.
It was “ok” for just the 1 night

The room itself was fine. The shower was in rough shape and there was some kind of liquid spilled all over the wall before i even git there, but the room itself was okay for the price

Room very dirty with hairs in the bathroom and sheet.there one only one sheet in the bed,the blanket was also very dirty
