There were several things wrong. The main thing that always tops the list of “unacceptable“ for me is mold in the shower. That is a huge turn-off. Other things that were wrong was the toilet that sounded like a cat fight and ran all night along with the tub faucet. The tv was impossible to figure out. On the positive side, the HVAC unit worked well and was quiet.

Stayed here for 2 nights while I was exploring the Great Sand Dunes. Hotel was exactly what I needed. It was clean and I found the breakfast to be just enough.

The front desk Arianna was outstanding. Very helpful and went above what I normally experience and I travel quite a bit

It was a comfortable stay for the money. The breakfast was especially nice. The attendant was very friendly. It was nice to try something new. We had never had green Chille soup

We were put on the east side of complex, where the Ice machine was broken as well as trash can lid for the 2nd floor. Breakfast hours were listed to begin at 6:00 but wasn’t set up until 6:15 and the hot items were NOT hot. A nice feature was the hot tub after hiking the Sand Dunes. Bed linens (pillow cases and the duvet) smelled like they were not clean. Would try a different spot next time we’re in the area.
