The carpet in the room had sticky stains in it. Whenever I would walk my socks or shoes would stick if I walked over the stains (which were a lot). The guy at the front desk was rude over the phone. Not updated compared to other Comfort Inns. Not worth the price!

Someone from the hotel called me at 4:00 thr day of my arrival asking if I was still planning to come, which was very wierd. Then they gave me a room that hadn't been cleaned and barely even apologized for it. The pool was not at all inviting- it looked brown and there were no towels. And to top it all off, I couldn't access the wifi and all they said was to restart my device which didn't work.

Property appeared worn out and in need of some TLC and updating. It was cheaper than most of the surroundings hotels, so you get what you pay for.

Staff was very kind and breakfast was decent. No parking at all…they were kind enough to let us park in employee parking or else we would have had to park at a local business. The beds were clean BUT I didn’t even take a shower because the tub needed a good scrub to get all the brown crust out from the bottom. The bathroom sink handle was loose to where I would imagine it will fall off soon. I have traveled to a couple dozen hotels this last year and this was probably in the top 5 I wouldn’t go too again….expecially for the price

The hotel was very remarkably clean with it being an old hotel. The only problem we had was the couch that made out to a bed made horrible sounds through the night when my adult son would turn over frequently. The breakfast

The breakfast was done at 9:00 so we did not get a chance to try it. The area and the parking lot was filthy garbage everywhere and a trash can was knocked over and trash strewn around. This includes but not limited to beer cans,bottles,pop cans, cigarette butts and other trash

It was truly just okay. The bed and pillows were comfortable. But, the room smelled really bad, like it had been a smoking room at some point. There were also 2 inches of water sitting in the tub when we arrived.
Our key didn't work for the outside door at one point, for some reason, but worked before and after that moment. It was an inconvenient time for the key not to work, with an upset toddler and our hands full.
Last, the coffee in the breakfast area was truly rough. I drink and enjoy black coffee, but I had to put the hazelnut creamer in just to get the douse of caffeine into my system. CR has plenty of coffee shops, and since we were out and about with all the stuff of a family wedding, it was fine to pick some up after we left each morning.
Not sure I'd stay here again, but it got the job done.

The room looked good except for the shower. it looked like the bottom of the shower was stained, which made the whole room seem way less appealing even though the rest of it looked pretty nice.
When checking in you picked up the phone to talk to a person and I couldn't understand a thing he was saying, so after he hung up I had to wait without a clue as to what was happening which I though was extremely unprofessional. Either fix the phone, or get someone who can speak legibly on the phone, not sure which the problem was. After the person showed up to check us in they were very hospitable.

The location of the property is good. However, parking lot was not in good shape. Checked in and was not made aware of WiFi or free breakfast. Room was clean but the quality overall of the room was okay.
Next morning, went for breakfast and it was sub par for sure. Very limited options. Didn't take much from there and ended up buying breakfast after I left the hotel.
