Do not book this hotel. First, the good stuff: The staff is beyond amazing. They are responsive, helpful, kind, welcoming, and the only thing that is decent about this hotel. The bad: Everything else. Upon entering my room, I noticed food crumbs everywhere. There was an unknown large stain, possibly from water damage, on the carpet. The room decor was extremely dated and rundown. The appliances in the kitchen were from the 1980/90s. All surfaces of the appliances were dingy yellow and cracked. The room air conditioning was set to 56° upon entering. We had to turn the heat on, which then smelled like a fire had started. The water pressure in the shower was non-existent. The towels appeared clean and bright white, yet thin and small - very poor, low quality. The housekeeping is severely lacking, though housekeeping efforts may be hindered by all the fixtures and finishes being very old. Still, there were crumbs everywhere and the room had not been vacuumed. Next, the bloody mattress... Upon moving to the bedroom, I feared what I would find. By that, I was especially concerned about bugs, but instead, upon pulling back the fitted sheet, I found the ****** mattress. A giant blood-soaked stain (see pictures) at the head of the bed. There is no possible way that housekeeping or the owners do not know that this is there. They simply covered it up with a fitted sheet. There was blood in other spots of the bed, too. There were unknown drips of stains on the bed skirt. The sliding closet door rails were rusted and filled with filth. I was afraid to touch anything. The staff immediately, swiftly, and appropriately switched us to a different room which was slightly better. At least we did not have the ****** mattress. This second room was on the ground floor and the windows were found to be unlocked with no screens. One of the windows didn't lock. The breakfast was instant coffee, orange juice, three flavors of yogurt, banana or orange, and a choice of either blueberry or banana nut muffins. That was it for the breakfast. The hotel advertised free breakfast when booking the room, but the food provided is lacking. There was absolutely nothing warm or hot. There were no bagels, no toast. I didn't even see milk. I do not know how this hotel is being rated a three-star. It is, at the highest, at two star. The hotel seemed seedy, as well as the stumbling drunk man in the hallway. Admittedly, I should have known better when I smelled a certain skunky smell in the hotel parking lot emanating from a car, but I chalked that up to a one-off. I am indeed irritated that this hotel took my money, but I am also very honest.

Highly recommend. Great customer service and all around great place to stay the rooms are very clean! The rooms have kitchenettes so you don't have to eat out all the time! Pool was great and the front desk lady with the blonde hair that works the desk is a very nice person and loves her job!!!

I stayed here throughout the month of January, and again throughout the month of March. All the the staff are very friendly and accommodating, without complaint or attitude. The rooms I've had were clean and housekeeping has always taken the initiative to ask if I needed anything. The halls and entry are always mopped and vacuumed. The rest of guests are quiet and respectful. Summary is this: I've stayed here a total now of 66 nights and can't complain about anything. I would recommend to everyone.

This is by far the worst place I have been and we were only there an hour while I called other hotels to find a new place to stay. Stains on couch cushions, bed skirt, mattress pads/sheets Dried food on refrigerator door front No soap, shampoo No blankets/sheets for beds Bathroom cabinet door fell off The lady at the front desk was the only person working and informed me that she had quit that day, but decided to come back. We left immediately after we saw the conditions of the room.

The hotel has been recently updated, all rooms have kitchens with all essential kitchen items. Room are very spacious great for families. I loved how the room had a living area and kitchen with the bedroom separated. All rooms were updated to brand new furniture, countertops and beds. Great service! Very nice pool!
