I give this place a 10! Everytime I visit there I really enjoy may stay! The staff is very friendly quick to respond to everything. I've been at many hotels and there are few that I enjoy going to this is certainly one of them.

Second day no towels, to coffee, nothing replaced in the room at all, ever! Unless you go to the front desk or find a maids cart. Oh they say they will help you but never do. The bug I killed in the bathroom was a German cockroach according to google lens. I told the desk and they shrugged it off. I hope I didn't bring them home. If your staying one night, it wouldn't be bad because you would never see the lack of service, but the other reviews are spot on. Cigarette burns everywhere, cigarette smell and bugs! I couldn't eat anything there after that. Oh and did I mention the train?

We travel to Cedar Rapids at least twice a year to visit family. We have tried many different hotels. We are done looking as we have found our place. The Ramada is exceptional and affordable. Book it!

Our stay was short but comfortable. The Hotel is easy to find. Our room and the property was clean with great appeal. The staff were pleasant, kind, accommodating and friendly. There was plenty of parking.

Handicapped room not equipped with handicap features. No restaurant, TV remote didn't work. No lounge chair or table. Hot tub empty. Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff was very good. Had to leave a $100 deposit which was not stated before check in. Why was it need when I had alreay left my credit card.
