The mattress needs to be replaced….. worn out. The bedding, including the mattress cover came off 3 times in the night. The staff were very polite and accommodating.

The room and breakfast were fine but the internet did not work. When I complained they acknowledged that they had had problems with it and said they would reboot it. It did not change. This is a case of I didn't get what I paid for so I will not recommend you stay at this place.

We enjoyed our stay on our way to Idaho so we decided to stay on the way back home. Wonderful service and snacks available 24/7.

There was a loud humm that you can hear and feel vibrate the entire time you are in room 228. I was okay but my husband tossed and turned the whole time . Hot tub was out of order and the pool is outside so it's seasonal and was closed.

Room had BM on the bedspread and the head board had hand prints all over it. Staff were very accommodating

酒店回复: We wipe down the headboards in-between each guest, the polish used over the years has made it look like handprints however we are currently working on a new solution to make that effect go away. We appreciate your feedback and hope you come stay with us again soon.

Hotel Location is close to the conference we were in town for. It has great choices for restaurants/shopping nearby.
