I was impressed by the extent to which this facility was neglected. Nearly every aspect of it was broken and filthy. The doors from the outside do not lock. The door to our room did not work. The toilet was broken. The remote control was broken. The lamps were broken. The carpeting was filthy and ripped. The stairs were ripped. The curtains were ripped. The HVAC system was backed up and either spewed hot air or extreme cold. The staff was disinterested and surly. There was a violent assault in the parking lot. The bedding was filthy. The towels were insufficient in that they were tiny, and hard as sandpaper. I have traveled many times internationally. This was truly the absolute worst, most disgusting, indifferent to human needs lodging I have ever experienced.

Absolutely awesome experience. THEIVES They don't have a pool, BBQ area, mini golf, no breakfast or room service liKe advertised. There's no safes in the rooms, the sheets are stained and they won't give you new ones, no newspapers basically half the stuff they advertise is what they USED TO HAVE. manager screamed at me because I forgot my wallet in a room and all I said was " there's no cash in it" and she went off telling me I don't have the right to tell her what's in my wallet and what's not.

I write very few reviews and have only posted before when we've received outstanding service and/or the property itself was outstanding. So this is my first negative review but it was so bad that I have to do it. We stayed there early in May and it was a night from hell - we should have known because they warn you with their zip code (look it up). Check in was fine then we pulled into the parking lot to unpack. There were 4 or 5 very sketchy guys hanging out by one of the patio doors. It felt like one of those western movies where the cowboy walks into the saloon and the music stops while everyone turns to stare at you. These guys were staring us down, then one of them came over to get a closer look. He stood about ten feet from us as we continued to unload. If he had been wearing a uniform, I would have thought he was there to help us with our bags but, no, he just wanted to watch. Very creepy. Someone else suggested that the hotel may house homeless people and it certainly appeared that way. Anyway, we proceed to enter and I thought, well at least you need a key to access the building so it should be safe. But unfortunately, it was broken and the door was wide open. So we go into the room. It was not clean at all. The table was sticky, but not as sticky as the bathroom floor. I've read reviews before where people complained about bloody sheets and I've often thought that they were exaggerating. Now I'm a believer! The toilet made a very loud sound every 15 to 20 seconds. There was only one bath towel and no soap or shampoo. The tv didn't work. I figured I'd call the front desk for more towels and maybe we'll just try to suck it up and make the best of the night. Neither of us felt like packing the car again and looking for another place. Anyway, tried to call the front desk but the phone in our room was not connected. So I walked to the office to get another towel and some soap. The person told me that I couldn't get any supplies until 9:30 or 10 for some reason. And that she would have to drop them off. I said okay I guess but could you tell me how to get the tv working. Her answer was to play with the remotes. So I went back to the room and juggled them for a few minutes but it didn't help... So no tv. We went out to supper and got back around 9ish. We told the from desk person to forget the supplies; we were going to bed. We found a bar of soap in the car and shared a towel. We crawled into bed being careful not to touch anything gross - that wasn't easy! I put music on to help drown out the sound of the toilet. Then, at around 11pm, a very heated discussion began out in the hall. They were not using their indoor voices. That lasted for a while and eventually quieted down. Unfortunately, it was only the prelude. We slept fitfully until about 4am and that is when the real battle began! I've never heard the F word used so many times in a single discussion. This was a poorly managed and badly run hotel. My family experienced a manager who was not welcoming at the front desk. The rooms are old and furnished terribly. This hotel should be closed. The halls are filled with Cigarettes and smell as though many people smoke in the halls. Even though this is a smoke-free hotel. I wish hope someone calls the board of health and reports them.

This was the worst Motel I had ever stayed at. I think it is currently being used as a welfare hotel and halfway house. Stunk like smoke in the halls, with broken equipment like A/C units and old ice makers stored at the ends of the halls. The rooms had poor beds and crappy blankets. The front desk attendant spoke horrible English. The continental breakfast and coffee along with the bathroom are closed.

Upon arrival the customers in front of us in the lobby were complaining of blood stained sheets and moldy bathrooms. We gave it a chance after the woman at the front desk assured us we could come back for a full refund within 15 minutes. Went to the room and without even lifting the bedspread we saw blood stains on our beds and cigarette burns in the beds of this supposedly non-smoking room. Went back for the refund and the woman refused to issue us one for 2 hours for some reason. She then called the police on my father and i for being upset about this. In the end the cops showed up, got us a refund (in way under 2 hours) and then the employee told them we were trespassing. As if we wanted to stay there. We were just waiting to talk to the cops who she called. Awful experience. This kinda place should be shut down.

Overall room and property was dirty and falling apart. Office door glass was broke, needed replacing. Outside doors didn't lock, carpet had duct tape in large area. Floor boards in room coming apart. Burn holes in blankets.

Found human hairs in the bed, security features disconnected and doors that don't lock. A mop and bucket of dirty water was left in the hallway. The staff was unable to address my concerns until well after 11PM and then I had to remake beds myself. Simply find somewhere else to stay.
