酒店回复: Dear Guest You stayed in our renovated room and never complained about it while your stay. all of our tv has cables and smart tv options, We are allow to close the desk for 15min having a lunch for having long shifts but available via phone for any assistant right away. yet we will do better to improvise our future service. The room was stuffy and it looks the sheets have not been changed the door was busted and never properly fixed. It was dusty and the bath room tub and shower was not even cleaned. Will never stay there again

Great deal for the money. The place is clean and the people who work there are very nice. It is very no frills though so don’t expect a lot of amenities.

We had 3 people staying in a room with two beds, though I registered for 4 people (the 4th canceled). We were a bit disappointed that there were so few towels, but when we asked, more were brought over promptly. The bagels at breakfast were really good toasted with whipped cream cheese. While it was very warm outside, the temperature of the room was very comfortable. I never turned on the āc. Since it was a handicapped accessible room, we were told it was okay to park in the handicapped spaces, as some of the other spots were blocked off for a delivery. Only complaints are - no box of tissues, night light in the bathroom (so youʼd have to turn on the whole light for nighttime bathroom breaks blinding the sleeping people, though I remembered to bring my own night light, so we were fine), and if we wanted to use the microwave, weʼd need to unplug the fridge or tv to be able to plug it in. We didnʼt end up playing cards, but if we did, there were only 2 chairs and a desk. Walking distance to a grocery store.
It was clean. Beds each had 2 pillows, sheets and a blanket - no bedspread. It was good I brought a few pillows from home. It was a comfortable and affordable stay. Other friends paid $100 more a night to be closer to the wedding. I think the money saved was worth the extra 30 minute drive.

The parking was easy and our room was spotless with all the needed amenities. The staff checking us in was very friendly, polite and personable. We would recommend this hotel to others.

The room was filthy. There was dirt, hair, and dead insects on the sheets. There is no way the sheets were changed since the last guests! The towels were damp and stained by who knows what. There were gaps in the doors, and the lock was difficult to operate. The breakfast was a joke. No regular coffee, one bagel, one donut, some old cupcakes for all guests. We ate at McDonalds down the street. We reserved a room for two nights and left after the first night. The only reason we stayed the one night was we got back to the room late and had nowhere else to go. We slept on top of the blanket because of what we found between the sheets. Read other reviews and this confirms all the previous bad reviews.

酒店回复: Dear Guest we are sorry for the inconvenience but you checked in at 1 pm early check in and if you had mentioned this complaints to us we would have change your room or do anything to make your stay more comfortable, about breakfast you came in while we were preparing more food and coffee and you checked out in 10 seconds form our lobby, yet we are still very sorry for all that and will do better in the future, thank yo for the feedback
我的房间很久没装修过了。床还可以，但床单又薄又糟糕。没有床垫，只有一条薄毯子。我住了三个晚上，服务员来过一次，从来没有整理过床，只留下过一次新毛巾。总而言之，这是一家老旧的汽车旅馆，没有装修，服务也非常简陋。不推荐。
工作人员很友好，这是唯一的优点。房间地板上满是污垢，黏糊糊的，角落里还有之前住过的客人留下的发带。咖啡壶很脏，真的需要用肥皂和水清洗，而不仅仅是冲洗一下。家具又旧又有划痕，他们竟然厚颜**地扣留了押金，直到我们离开后才检查房间。就连外面的地毯也脏得要命。下次再也不来了！
优点：足够干净
缺点：没有方便的充电插头，没有有线电视（只有免费网络频道），床上用品有污渍，浴缸太滑（非常危险），午餐时间大堂关闭（这是一家连锁酒店，不应该有这种事）。

这是我们五天搬家行程的一部分，也是我们住过的最差的酒店。房间里所有电器都没插电，包括空调，所以房间花了很长时间才凉快下来让我们能睡觉。房间里唯一的一盏灯坏了，我们不得不要毛巾才够洗澡。应该烧掉，然后把所有东西都清理干净。
