1) False advertising because they didn’t serve breakfast NOT EVEN COFFEE! Nor was a coffee maker in the rooms. 2) Fridge broken and door wouldn’t stay shut. 3) Tub wouldn’t hold water so we bought a tub stopper. 4) Ice machine broken

There was only one chair and the king bed. No coffee pot or coffee. No continental breakfast. Person at reception desk couldn’t even understand English. The local price on line at $60.00 per day. You charge me $70.00. Your add was not what I got. Shame on *******.

Awful room, awful service, disrespectful staff.
At check in the person was very unfriendly and hard to understand.
The office where we checked in not open (at 3:00 in the afternoon). It was in a cramped spot between the outside and the office.
The room had a musty smell, and the chair at the table/desk would not even allow you to sit back in it because it was broken. In the bathroom, the toilet paper holder came out of the wall, and the towels seem to have been used too many times, because they were barely rags. The TV was not plugged into the satellite. And trying to get communication between myself and the staff was uncomfortable. They were accusatory as if I was the one that had caused the problem with the room or that my expectations were too high. And as much as it was late on a Friday afternoon even though they they offered me to leave saying they wanted no problem. It would’ve been difficult to find another room in the area. It was an unpleasant stay, and I left before the end of the evening. I will not be staying at that hotel ever again. This place gives America’s best hotel a bad name.
