The Front Desk Manager was very nice and understanding! Due to the snow storm arriving on Saturday, we had to change our traveling plan and leave on Friday (instead of Saturday). She worked with ******* and let us have a full refund.
The hotel and room are clean and new. The breakfast is good and with various good choices.

The rooms were very nice, our outlets weren’t working in our first room and they had no issues with moving us right away. Our room was very clean, the bathroom was beautiful and the AC worked great! It was a great location, close to everything we needed. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars was because the breakfast was less than okay - the eggs were watery and the sausage was dry and that was really all that was offered. The staff was super nice though, overall a great stay.

Great guy taking care of the breakfast area and breakfast was very good.Rooms were clean and fresh towels were great.Only bad thing was 1 elevator and elevator was slow.

Overall happy with our stay.
A good stay with some minor recommendations
Very clean, that’s super important. The breakfast was great, lots of choices. Bed was comfy and the linens and toiletries were good quality. Location was perfect for our needs.
Overall the hotel was quiet, except- when the doors to the rooms close, they really slam. Our room shook. And the housekeepers start pretty early and rather than just prop the door open, they go in SLAM, go out, SLAM - and back in… you get it.
This issue could be resolved with a door stop.
