Spotless rooms, comfy beds, friendly knowledgeable staff! I love this hotel, it’s my preferred place to stay when I visit Hickory/taylorsville!!

Next to the River Walk greenway and easy access from the main highway. The only "hot" food item for breakfast was self service waffles plus toasted bread and baked items. There is a Waffle House conveniently next door though.

My biggest issue was that there was NO water pressure off and on. I mean it completly turned off for about 5 minutes just after I was all soaped up. When it did turn back on it was still terrible.

Older hotel but it was clean. Nothing much on the breakfast bar. Biggest complaint is that the walls are so thin you can hear people in the next room snoring and doing other things!!!! Made us feel very uncomfortable!!! You get what you pay for!!!

Quiet
The staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. The hotel was clean and quiet. The negative aspect was the pillows were the size of a throw pillow and could probably fit in my ear. I had to ask for clean towels daily and my room was only serviced if i ask the front desk.

This is the worse place we’ve ever experienced! So much so, we tried to cover nasty furniture with clean towels. In our opinion, this place should be shut down!

Rooms and hotel were fantastic! The only negative thing id say the strong smell of the fabuloso cleaner in the room and main entry was overwhelming. But at least i knew they were clean, so not a terrible thing

当我到达那里时，我的预订搞砸了，给了我错误的房间，所以价格被调高了，房间里的电视不能用，所以不得不换到另一个房间，但这不是什么好事，最后还是花了更多的钱住进了普通房间，因为他们没有套房了，不过游泳池很棒
