Very misleading from website! Room looked nothing like pictures! Smelled cigarettes through out halls. No more kitchen items! Pay for extra towels now! Fitness room door broken, with no one available early in the morning to help. Disappointing for a three night stay.

Picture are not up to date on what to expect. Yes they are remolding and I understand they are trying but still wasn’t satisfied. Then if you want fresh sheets or house keeping. You'll have to pay a $1.06 each time is what I was told checking in. If you’re looking for a bed to get rest for a night then be my guess. Just wasn’t a cozy environment for the weekend

Our deadbolt wouldn’t lock. The sweet girl at the desk did all she could but the hotel was full so there were no other rooms to move to. Thankfully I keep a door jamb lock and personal protection so we stayed but we won’t be back.

This place is an OK place to stay if you are just looking for a place to stay a few nights. We booked a 1 bedroom suite not a deluxe suit they put us in. When I asked the front desk about getting the correct room she informed me that they didn’t even have those rooms. That also goes along with them advertising they have a pool. They do but it was green and unusable, they are apparently getting rid of it permanently. They make you pay to change your towels out and you can’t get more until the next day. The hallways stink and there are very weird people walking around late at night. The ice machine didn’t work so we couldn’t use that, and they also charge you $60 I believe if you want to use their dishes for your room and another fee in you want pans. None of this was on their website. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, I wish I would have paid a little more money for a better hotel.

The day I checked in there were garbage bags in the hallway, in the stairwell and next to the door to my room...Also, there was dirty laundry, socks and dirty t-shirts thrown in the hallway next to some of the rooms. This stuff sat in the hallways for days, as I stayed here for 10 days while working in the area. I tried and tried, even spent a lot of time on the phone with the "tech support" and was never able to access the "free wifi"
Awful...worst place I have stayed in almost 30 years of working on the road all over the U.S.
