Formerly a Microtel by Wyndham, this property has been renovated and opened in the summer 2025, and you can now relax in a newly designed, modern room. The location is excellent — OSU, restaurants, and shops are all within a five‑minute drive. Breakfast is served from 6:00 to 10:00 and includes bagels, muffins, boiled eggs, cereal, orange and apple juice, bananas, mandarin oranges, and coffee and tea. There is also a microwave in the room.

Room was noisy, could hear people on side, above, and in stairwell. It was clean and hotel was nice overall.

Really nice place. Nice exercise room. Small but nice equipment. Breakfast was more of a grab and go. Bagels. Yogurt. Etc.
