This place is clean, spacious, and quite comfortable! The best part was Kim, who greeted us and checked us in for the night. She was welcoming, friendly, and made you feel at home!

This was an excellent choice for an overnight stay near the airport. Above average with extra amenities. While it does not include breakfast, a very nice café was very close as well as other dining options. Museums and tours nearby.

Room was absolutely not cleaned to any decent standard. Found cups from breakfast, wrappers from snacks, even meds on the floors. Nothing in the description is accurate. Pool is very small. Deposit is 150 per room per night, not warned about that. Can’t hear outside of the rooms from inside but inside you can hear everything. The bedroom not handicap friendly, or the bathroom even when asked. No hot tub just small pool. Can’t bring a drink to the room from the restaurant. And no one let us know the microwaves are child locked and how to work them.

All the extras were available…hair dryer, iron, gym, excellent breakfast, ability to buy drinks and snacks! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon checking in we received a card for complimentary breakfast buffets for our 2 day stay. We were traveling New England for 10 days staying in various states and hotels and this was by far the best! Keep up the good! We will be looking for 4Points Sheraton from now on!

这家酒店肯定发生了某种犯罪活动……贝德福德警方竟然在酒店大堂和走廊里拦下并骚扰住客。我被盘问，还被指控是叫“Al”的人，而且全程当着我孩子的面。当我抱怨这件事，以及泳池也关闭了，导致我孩子没有娱乐活动时，夜班主管告诉我，如果我离开就可以退款。他甚至好心地推荐了附近一家更好的酒店。但之后，他又拒绝了我的退款请求。这对我们全家来说是一次糟糕透顶的经历。他们可以不退我那笔钱，我以后再也不会住这家连锁酒店了。
酒店设施不算很新，但有很多活动和入住选择。
这不是我经历过的最好的一次旅行……我们被赶出了房间，被迫坐在大厅里，以便警察可以进入房间。我发现几年前三楼有一个******……前台还告诉我们，当我们退房时，我们会接到经理的电话，看看他们是否可以做些什么让我们离开房间，几天后经理没有打来电话，我打电话给他们，经理仍然不在那里
直到今天，我再也没有接到经理的电话。
