Staff was fantastic but the rooms lacked and could use some touch ups. Shortly after stepping into the restroom within the room, I killed two what appeared to be cockroaches.
If certain things were fixed, I would happily stay again.

Refrigerator did not work (at all). TV would not make connection, couldn't watch. Trash was never emptied in our room or in hallway by elevator. Our family members room door would not lock, they had no TV remote, and bathroom sink would not drain. Hallway consistently smelled of smoke in a no smoking motel.

Room was not cleaned after first night. Reported a clogged sink that was never fixed. Place is shabby and rundown. I do not recommend.

Upon arrival my wife noticed that the door between adjoining rooms didn’t lock, and the front door to the room was off balance and didn’t close properly, making it difficult to lock. The property was very outdated. Then we noticed the roach bait under the bed. At that point we checked out and left. We won’t be back

Property is VERY dated and needs freshening up. Bathroom door two colors because so much paint was chipped off, bathroom sink took literally 3 hours to drain from just brushing teeth. Staff is VERY friendly and trying their best but facility needs major improvement

Restaurant, bar and pool are all closed. The hotel was dirty (overgrown landscaping, peeling paint, trash in elevator, dirt or dip? on floors). I had a very confusing interaction with check in. Stood there awkwardly as I was told basically nothing is open in the hotel, save the tiny rooms. There was even caution tape surrounding a set of lobby bathrooms. My daughter got locked into one of the stalls in another lobby bathroom. I would not recommend staying here. We ended up checking out immediately and driving back to Tulsa.

My husband has flown for the airlines for over 30 years and this hotel was the worst he had ever seen!
The exterior of the building faded/ non- descript and in disrepair. Initially drove past. …and we noted before entering… the parking lot was a drive through for the locals.
The lobby was no improvement…. After checking in ( employee was kind but seemed stressed) I noted crime tape blocking the restrooms . I asked if that was Halloween decor, I was told “no, those are not working”
Then we took the dirty elevator to our room. We were met with an overwhelming foul smell and fans blowing down the carpet . Once we entered the room, I walked to the window and noticed a roach crawling across the air conditioner ( which we killed ) then walked to place hanging bags on the “pole” we noticed the toilet seat was sitting in the sink.
We requested a new room and the new room had a broken air conditioner and no phone to call the desk . At this point we asked for a refund and left.
