The room was just alright but the bathroom was gross. Not clean and needed to be totally redone.

After checking into room, we realized the sink did not drain. Front Office staff said no maintenance staff was on duty so we would have to move rooms. We didn’t want to move rooms so I asked for a plunger to work on the issue myself. I got the sink to drain. 😎
Both mornings, upon entering the breakfast area, the front office staff greeted us by saying that we were welcome to enjoy whatever was left because we were late. Both days we arrived at least 15 minutes before the breakfast ended at 9:30am. We were NOT late. We did enjoy breakfast both days and felt the options were good. The breakfast was good but the staff’s comments were unwelcoming. 😕
It seemed like a number of rooms were occupied by long term rentals-lots of small groups of people gathering outside their rooms somewhat blocking access to the walkway.

Staff is pleasant during check in and in the breakfast area. Ample parking, A/C works. Bed linens and towels were newer and clean. The overall conditions of the room was tired. It had been repainted but the quality was poor. Tub area had been painted but it was peeling in multiple places.

Horrible. My daughter and I booked this for KU family weekend. We were both terrified. People wandering the parking lot, room smelled awful. We immediately left and found another place to stay.

The fridge didn’t work, fortunately they were able to replace it the next day. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work and all the humidity from the shower will move to the room.

Even though the place was older it was in pretty good shape and was clean. The breakfast had a nice variety of food and drink. I would definotely stay again!

Sleep like on a cloud!
I’ve stayed here several times and every room I’ve had the bed has been excellent! I sleep so well it’s one of the reasons I stay here.
Not sure about the food. I’ve never tried the breakfast.

Good place to stay
I like staying here as it’s a simple but nice hotel. The staff is awesome! I had left a painting behind and they saved it for me. There a few maintenance issues - but they are updating as they can. It’s easy to get to, I feel safe at the location and I like just being able to walk up to the door.
