Clean room with space. People were nice. Check-in was easy. Shower was nice. USB ports were good. The bad: toilet handle was stuck, bed could be more comfortable and breakfast could be improved.

My stay was exactly what a guest would expect and appreciate. Shuttle was punctual,courteous and engaging. The same is true for staff including custodians. I would highly reccomend Hyatt Place Canton.

Always a great stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable and extra bonus with fresh coffee first thing in the morning along with a decent breakfast.

酒店干净整洁，地理位置也很棒。唯一一个入口有点不方便，需要穿过迎面而来的车流。早餐的选择和质量有点让人失望，但还能接受。员工都非常友善和乐于助人。
早餐糟糕透了——食物种类杂乱，种类有限，鸡蛋粉等等。房间还不错。马桶盖不知为何翘了起来。洗手池里没有乳液什么的。只有一块小小的圆形肥皂。空调噪音很大。我们不会再住这些酒店了。
